Hananiah Wilson is composed of pixels* at a fundamental level.
*This has not yet been determined scientifically.
She feels a strong affinity for the world inside her computer. She manipulates pixels for money, previously freelancing through her graphic design company Hanoona Media, and currently as a business systems analyst for Noble Brands. She fights for the good guys in the immortal battle to defeat Comic San's evil plan to take over the internet.
She is an advisory board member of Cape Fear Women in Tech and secretary of Port City Robotics. She is a FIRST Robotics Competition team 4534 alumna and mentor. She writes in Gallifreyan, the language of the Time Lords from the British television show Doctor Who, and sells custom Gallifreyan products in her Made in Gallifrey Etsy store. She is Myers Briggs INTP. The geek is strong with this one.
As a current resident of the Milky Way, Hananiah Wilson attempts to discover the systems that rule the universe. God is her theory of everything.
When not attached to a computer, you will find her attached to a book, mentoring FIRST Robotics Competition team 4534, listening to symphonic metal, plotting her future sci-fi novels, and attempting epic ninja-kicks during soccer games.
Q: What is this site made with?
A: This is a Squarespace website using the Wells template. I have done a fair amount of non-developer customization (messing with colors, fonts, sizing, etc), along with a bit of custom CSS. I highly recommend Squarespace as a platform for simple websites and blogs. I use Photoshop and Illustrator for any design work and Mailchimp for my newsletter.
Q: Wait I'm confused, what is H's name?
A: Hananiah Wilson's real name is Hananiah Wilson, but her friends call her Hannah because it's easier. On this blog she goes by Hananiah. You can call her either one, just NOT any of the names below.
Her name is NOT: Hanna (that's a truncated and asymmetrical spelling some deranged linguist dreamt up) (but please no offense if your name is spelled Hanna)
Her name is NOT: Hanoona (that's her company)
Her name is NOT: Hananananiah (a school teacher used to call her this)
Her name is NOT: Hannaiannahaninah (you really are confused)
It's not actually that complicated.
